&lt;strong&gt;Just wanted to say I&#039;m a frequent visitor here , and always interested in your posts.
&lt;/strong&gt;If it wasn&#039;t for you I my knowledge on this topic wouldn&#039;t be so tremendous.
Now back to the topic&lt;strong&gt;. Me , I&#039;m personally a health freak&lt;/strong&gt;. I need to go to the gym everyday. No matter the situation.  I also like to eat what I want so that explains why I go everyday. But all of these programs and pills is complete and utterly B.S! &lt;strong&gt;Honestly to everyone take my words&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;Get out there excerise and become more physically active because trying a diet or a pill wont any solve anything.&lt;/strong&gt; I have seen diets where people starve themselves to lose weight only to gain in back the next month. Take my advice people Just excerise daily even if its for 15-30 minutes a day. It really can help!</description>

Go for a bike ride, a walk, a run, take your dog out, walk up and down the steps to your house instead of using the lift (if you live in a flat). These are a few of the things you can do without having to use an eliptical runner or treadmill for example. As you can see, there is no excuse not to do exercise!</description>

That may be easier for some than others, but never easy. I believe more of the real facts you can get, makes things simpler but not easy. But hopefully easier!</description>

There&#039;s no big secret to this, it&#039;s plain peer pressure that spurs people not to over-eat. It&#039;s interesting though that people will respond far better to potential criticism from their fellows than they will to health concerns. Shows our priorities, and not in a good light either LOL!</description>
