Studies have shown that the probiotics ( good bacteria) in overweight, obese and diabetic persons are disproportionately bad  to good bacteria.

So a few of the simple answers to correct this problem which in and of itself can lead to weight loss, not to mention numerous other health advantages are:

  • Yogurt
  • Kombucha

Use only organic, raw, and unpasteurized fermented foods. These are not the type of foods you will generally find in the grocery store. Can be easily found in health food stores, whole foods stores or online.

Fermented foods can also be easily made at home as well.
