  •  1 lemon

To make:

3. Strawberry Ginger Infused Water Recipe


  • 16 strawberries
  • 1 inch chunk of ginger

To make:

Juice the strawberry and ginger. Mix with 6-8 cups of water. You can drink this minutes after making, or store it in the fridge for days!

4. Pineapple Coconut Infused Water Recipe


  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cups coconut water

To make:

Juice the pineapple until you get about 1 cup of juice. Mix pineapple juice and coconut water with about 6 cups of water. You can also forego regular water altogether and just add 1 cup of pineapple juice for every two cups of coconut water.

*This hydrates and replaces electrolytes – great for an after-workout recovery drink.

5. Raspberry, Lime, & Mint Infused Water Recipe


  • 10 – 12 raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons mint leaves
  •  1 lime

To make:

Juice the raspberries, mint, and lime. Mix the juice with 8 cups of water. You can also use sparkling water for a more bubbly drink.
